APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

December 2 & 3, 2006

Applications must be accompanied by four (4) 35mm slides. Three must be representative of the work to be displayed. One is to be of booth or display. SLIDES ARE JURIED BY A PANEL OF JUDGES MADE UP OF EXPERTS IN VARIOUS ART FIELDS. DECISIONS OF THE JUDGES ARE FINAL. Be sure your name and media are on the top of each slide.

Application must include:
- Postmarked no later than November 1, 2006. Use adequate postage when submitting slides and application. We recommend you have it weighed.
- A check for $15.00 for application fee (non refundable).
- A check for $120.00 for exhibit fee. If your application is not postmarked on or before November 1, 2005, your exhibit fee will be $135.00.


Make all checks payable to "The Rotary Club of Englewood, Fine Arts Festival."

Exhibit fee will be returned if application is not selected.

Please enclose a #10 stamped, self-addressed envelope must be included for notification purposes.

Acceptance letters will be mailed out as quickly as possible after the November 1, 2006 date.
